HOST A PRE-CRUISE CAR EVENT
Having a Cruise Car Show Event at your facility can be a win win for everyone - especially your cruiser customers. Events may be hosted in July and through Cruise day. To host the event the permit fee is $150. This makes you a cruise sponsor which gives you special stuff! We will promote your event as part of the Cruise Events including sending a news release out to the media, listing your event on our website. Announcing it on our Facebook page and if your event is in after July 5 and before the cruise we will include you on our Cruise Passport program. The Cruise Passport can be stamped at all Passport Events and prizes will be given out. We will also help you organize your car show and will provide you with Car Show Participant window tags. We will assist you with the judging process, and provide official Pre-Cruise Car Show Dash Plaques for your car show participants. You must provide three prizes ($15.00 minimum worth), have entertainment or music available for the car show participants, offer specials at your business to the participants, pass out cruise flyers (we provide them) and have two members of your staff schedule to assist Cruise committees. We will also provide your business with a thank you from the Cruise Committee for helping us promote our cuise!
